I didn’t use this product after I received. Send with a perfect wrapping but broken item. This product is a bit different than the one I use everyday, though it is the same name, but I can sense and feel the difference in between. Very unsatisfied with the seller’s customer service after I contacted them. They refused the refund and make me to pay the shipping label for their return. I ask them why should I respond for their mistake. They simply ignored me. It took me a whole week to contact them but never hear from the seller. Am not sure their product is the original brand from Japan. I have been using this brand for the last 15 years here in the US. My first time purchasing from this seller in overseas Hong Kong, but with a nightmare experience. This particular product is a bit different than the original brand from Japan I been using.

It is exactly the same as what I bought from a Korean duty-free shop. It is really good and I will repurchase it. I have seen many explanations that because the ingredients are natural yeast, it will turn yellow over time. It is very moisturizing and non-irritating. I will not regret placing the order, buy it!

Be careful when placing orders. The product I received is very different from what I bought in Japan, which is not surprising. The place of shipment is Hong Kong, where fakes are rampant. Of course, I can't say with 100% certainty that it is a fake, but I dare not use it. I applied for after-sales service, but the seller kept finding reasons to refuse, and the proof they showed was just their invoice, which cannot prove that it is authentic. It has been almost a month, and now they refuse to refund. Of course, I will ask Weee to intervene again. I just want everyone to know that 1. It is very likely to be a fake 2. Ladies, do not buy the mask from this store. I’m 100% sure they are not authentic. I have been using Sk-ll mask for a so many years. I know how good Sk-ll mask does to skin after used but this one doesn’t do anything . I’m trying to return but the store is trying to refuse it. I may have to call my credit card to report this transaction.
