Good for some fried pork rinds
I always have these two things in stock. Pork belly is meaty less fats. Pork ribs are great too. I use both for either sinigang or adobo.
So fat! All white, I don't know what to do with it! I won't buy it again.

I made steamed pork belly with shrimp paste, and it was really delicious, not gamey at all. Perhaps they listened to previous reviews because it's a newly stocked product; the pork belly I received wasn't too fatty, it was a well-balanced mix of fat and lean meat.
