Very fragrant, spicy and delicious Soy sauce pepper noodles made with green vegetables, tofu and enoki mushrooms, very simple
I made mala tang soup. It's less salty and oily than store-bought mala tang sauce, so I love it. Make a mala paste by sautéing peppercorn oil, ground peppercorns, red pepper powder, olive oil, five-spice powder, and a little salt.
