I like this mustard sauce the most, with a little sour grapefruit flavor, it is a good choice for sashimi or avocado.
Really like this version of yuzu kosho.. better than the S&B brand. You can actually taste the yuzu and chilis in it. Slightly on the saltier side but it works as a great dipping sauce for different meats, hot pot, etc. can even mix it with some kewpie to make a yummy aioli for sandwiches!

As you could see, it’s half full, which means I’ve already tried it. I urge anyone who wants to have a perfect blend of sweet effervescence and Yuzu to buy this. It may be a bit expensive. But it’s a one time extravagance. You can’t go wrong.
