This is my first time buying this; I usually buy another brand from Vietnam, but this one looks pretty good too! The rice dumpling wrappers are also cooked.
One or two grains had sand in them, and the taste didn't seem very fresh.
The packaging looks similar to the clams I used to eat in Taiwan, so I hope the quality is the same once I open them.
The US doesn't have clams from Taiwan, so try the ones from Thailand!

Thai brown-shell clams, 1 pound serving is a small portion, approximately 20 clams. Some clam shells are broken and require careful cleaning. First time to buy this pack of baby scallops
It had a slightly fishy smell, so I added a little cooking wine. After grilling, there was no fishy smell at all, and it was very tender!
After thawing, there's barely any fishy smell. They're smaller than average, but the meat is tender and sweeter. When pan-frying, wipe off any surface moisture and simply pan-fry with butter or a little oil until both sides are lightly golden brown. They'll be fragrant on the outside and tender on the inside. Steaming is also a great option; they're especially delicious with garlic and vermicelli or simply steamed.
The seafood shells are large and look exceptionally good; I would definitely buy them again.

Based on everyone's reviews, this was my first time buying this. The garlic, cream, and salted egg yolk coated crispy fried soft-shell crab was a success! It was delicious, and the kids loved it too. The crabs were all cleaned thoroughly, requiring only a little pre-treatment before cooking. Each crab was individually packaged.

Delicious battered fried crab
It's soft and easy to cook, with a good texture, but the flavor isn't as delicious as hard-shell crab.
I'm looking forward to it because I bought it before and it was delicious.

I fried them in batter and ate them with rice noodles soaked in butterfly pea flower and pickled shallots. The crab had a lot of meat. I'll buy more.
