I love Morinaga’s hot cake mix. Texture is much smoother than American pancake mix. And it tastes great!

The elderly like sesame paste, while I prefer salt and pepper. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes on the top rack. The temperature was just right, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I will definitely repurchase.

The original flavor scallion pancake is of very good quality and thin. Fry it on both sides in an electric griddle and then sandwich it with an egg pancake for a delicious breakfast.
