I really love Weee's big shiitake mushrooms; they're delicious in stir-fries, noodles, and rice!
These shiitake mushrooms are incredibly thick and look delicious! I'll start by grilling them whole or pan-frying them in butter... These shiitake mushrooms can definitely be the star of the show!!

I bought it because it was on sale and quite cheap, but I'm a little unsure how to use it! I heard that if you don't use it all, you can put it outside in the sun and it will turn into dried shiitake mushrooms!
