I bought this for my diet. It is more expensive than other konjac rice products sold at Weee, but it has fewer calories, and since their Peppe Konjac Noodles were good, I decided to give this a try. First off, it is a bit waterier than regular rice, so after heating it in the microwave, I left the lid open to let the moisture evaporate a bit before eating. I am sensitive to smells, so there was a slight konjac smell right after heating, but it was fine after letting the steam escape, and there was no konjac smell at all when I actually ate it. The texture is nice and bouncy. I think I will keep buying this whenever there is a sale or I can use a coupon.
