I've been focusing on improving my gut health lately, so I've been grinding this into a powder in a blender and mixing it with curry powder to make a curry koji powder seasoning. I've also decided to mix it with garlic powder and powdered ginger to make a Chinese-style seasoning and keep it on hand. I'm looking forward to trying out different dishes.
