Always like these in my stir fry
The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.

I tried using it in a simmered dish, but it was a little different from the thick fried tofu found in Japan. The inside was hollow and airy. However, it was still tasty, and I think it would be good to cut it up and put it in miso soup.

I bought this because I wanted to eat simmered deep-fried tofu. It's a little different from Japanese deep-fried tofu, but it's convenient because it's bite-sized and doesn't need to be cut, and I think the flavor soaks in easily.
