Two dumpling wrappers were stuck together and tore when I tried to separate them, so I'm wondering if they're old or if there's a problem with how they were stored...

Delicious! There are quite a few wontons in one pack. The chili oil is quite spicy, so you can't add it all!
I like them. This is always a good and safe brand to purchase.
Make sure the dumplings are fully thawed before wrapping, and apply a little water to the sealed area to help them stick together better. The dumpling wrappers will be chewy and elastic!
