I often use this vermicelli to make healthy mixed noodle dishes with chicken breast, or to make vermicelli soup with pork ribs and meatballs. A tip for delicious noodles is to boil them in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes, then immediately rinse them with ice water to make them chewy, firm, and not sticky. I really like them because they are chewy, delicious, not mushy, and healthy. The only drawback is that they take a little longer to cook than regular white vermicelli. 4. Soy Sauce

The food looks good in the mountains, but I hope there will be more scallions in it; it would taste even better.

(The last picture is of rolls I made myself before – so much work! And they tasted best fresh out of the oven, but not as fluffy afterwards )
