I bought it because it was on sale and quite cheap, but I'm a little unsure how to use it! I heard that if you don't use it all, you can put it outside in the sun and it will turn into dried shiitake mushrooms!

The chives are quite fresh today. I hope you can sell them in half-pound bags; a full pound would be too much and would go to waste. Half-pound bags would make it easier for me to buy them more often!
