This is literally so good. A little sweet, has the taste of turmeric, a little chicken like, lots of flavor. Udon is very soft and palatable.

This fried tofu udon is really delicious. When you take a bite of the large piece of fried tofu, the flavor that spreads in your mouth is amazing.
