I ordered it to eat with gwamegi~ It wasn't salty after soaking it in water for about 30 minutes~ You can eat it as a wrap and then dip it in soy sauce^^

It's not a special ingredient in Japan, but it's nice to be able to eat it easily even in America. You can easily enjoy it by adding a pinch to soba noodles or a pinch to miso soup. If you like umami, richness, and thickness, it's worth trying. Since it's just a side dish, a small amount at a time is sufficient.
