The noodles were delicious.
Finally found some delicious dry-cut noodles! The noodles are the perfect width, incredibly smooth and chewy, making them very satisfying to eat. They don't get mushy even if cooked a little longer, and paired with a simple tomato and egg sauce or fried sauce, the taste is absolutely amazing. They're so much better than regular noodles from the supermarket, great value for money, and I'll definitely buy them again!
Normally I use for my Chinese stir fry’s, but I found that it was a good addition to nabe too.

Shanxi-style knife-cut noodles have an authentic taste; the noodles are evenly thick and chewy after cooking, and they don't break easily. They're perfect for making oil-splashed noodles, fried sauce noodles, or paired with beef broth, as they absorb the broth very well. The portions are generous, they're easy to store, and they're very satisfying when you crave a taste of home. I'd definitely buy them again.
The four-pound pack is a great deal, and the knife-cut noodles taste good.

used this in place for ho fun since I wasn't able to find any. it was good and didn't break up when frying. it also works well in pasta dishes! comes with big separated servings. for 2 people, we made 3 different dinners with it. very good and pleasantly chewy.
Should blanch before put in soup or work very well with stirfry sauce
