It's a bit oily, but pour out the oil and sauté the mushrooms, onions, and other ingredients before braising the shredded eel. The noodles are just soft-serve noodles! It's frozen, but not fishy. Better than the eel! Stock up on them during the sale!
Tried it on sale, heated it up and added some black pepper, it was delicious, pure Shanghai rich sauce, and generous. Will definitely repurchase.
