It’s alright. The spices are very mild. The thing I disliked was that it was falling apart when I tried to cook it on the skillet.
Tasty but very hard to pan fry, as they break easily. Better to bake in the oven.
One of my favorites. You should either bake or toast them. Deep frying them will break them apart. But they taste delicious.

Shan makes it easy to follow the package too as they give you the recipe on the back to make shami kabobs. Fried kabobs with chai (tea time) and even with my favorite lentils curry for dinner with rice it tastes really yummy.

Baked in toaster oven per the instructions (400 degrees / 15 minutes) - next batch, I will flip them over at mid-way so they're evenly colored. A bit of oil was released as the patties cooked. Patties were not greasy. Upon initial tasting, the spice level was good IMO however
