As a Wuhan native, I was initially disappointed when I opened the package and saw the noodle cake that looked like instant noodles. However, after cooking and adding the seasoning, the taste was acceptable, even more flavorful than the other two brands. It would be even more perfect if I bought some pickled green beans and spicy radishes myself. (Note: Don't add all the chili oil, it's a bit too spicy.) The portion size is just right for women, and the price-performance ratio is the best. I look forward to the bean curd sheets being available soon.

The Xi'an-style cold noodles are rich in savory sauce and have a chewy texture, but the portion is a bit small.
The powder smelled strongly of expired, rancid oil after being soaked. I washed it repeatedly, but the smell was still very strong. It felt very unpleasant, so I didn't dare to eat it and threw away all three packets.

I've bought it many times; the sesame sauce flavor is very strong.
I especially love the aroma of peanut butter and sesame paste, like the flavor of sesame paste. Now that there's this kind of sesame paste that can be used to mix with rice noodles, it must taste really good. I can buy a lot, and the price won't be expensive in the future. I can easily make a pack when I don't have time to cook.

The noodles are incredibly chewy and delicious. Soak them in hot water, then add shredded cucumber and various seasonings. I absolutely must add my own homemade sesame paste – it's so satisfying!

A-Kuan Sichuan-Style Noodles with Red Oil
This is after using 2/3 of the chili oil given. I love the taste of these noodles! The vinegar adds an extra tang so it’s sour AND spicy. I must say the spice seems to be the numbing kind but it was not super noticeable.
