If you like the flavor of sesame sauce hot pot dipping sauce, this will be more acceptable. However, if you prefer a lighter or chewier texture, you might find this a bit too heavy.

The Xi'an-style cold noodles are rich in savory sauce and have a chewy texture, but the portion is a bit small.
The powder smelled strongly of expired, rancid oil after being soaked. I washed it repeatedly, but the smell was still very strong. It felt very unpleasant, so I didn't dare to eat it and threw away all three packets.

Very flavorful and packs a punch. One pack of noodles look smaller than it actually is. Very filling.
The taste is quite good! The only drawback is that the portion is too small. I used to be able to eat a lot, but now I can't eat a pack of it at all. For reference, I eat six shepherd's purse wontons, and I feel full after eight... This reduction is too exaggerated...
