Love this salad! It tastes just like the restaurant and has a large quality. Not sure if it’s supposed to be thawed or frozen, it came thawed but very cold and ready to eat. I will order again! Great as a side and with sushi bowls.

Stir-fried seaweed stems are my favorite side dish, so I’m so happy to be able to eat them in the U.S. They are tastier because they are thin, and the shelf life is long due to the nature of the product. When you first take them out, they are covered in salt, so please wash them thoroughly 5 to 6 times and blanch them before cooking!
