This Korean sesame oil is a dark roast, perfect for seasoning and enhancing flavor in cold dishes and making sauces. I like to drizzle some on top of stir-fries or noodle soups after they're done; it elevates the overall aroma and flavor. I really love the irresistible aroma of this Korean sesame oil.
