Oven-baked salt and pepper mantis shrimp! The shrimp were already cooked, marinated with salt and pepper, sprayed with oil, and then baked in the oven until the shells were crispy. The first time I used 395 degrees Fahrenheit, it was slightly undercooked; the second time I used 415 degrees Fahrenheit, about 15 minutes on each side. Very delicious!
