I just bought it a few days ago and enjoyed it today. It's a very delicious Taiwanese food. Unlike other spicy and stinky hot pot bases I've bought before, this broth is very refreshing, yet the flavor is still very strong. It was so delicious that I only thought to post a review after I finished eating it.
It was a bit of a surprise that the meal kit was meant to be stored at room temperature; hopefully, it will be kept fresh as the product claims.
