Bake in an air fryer at 325 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper, and it's delicious! I never get tired of it.
Delicious and fatty braised fish
This is my second purchase. The first time I bought it, it was pre-processed, so all I had to do was bake it in the air fryer, which was very easy, and the taste was decent, so I bought it again.
Fresh fish, already cleaned, ready to be cooked.
Three fish per pack. Easy dinner. No need to add salt after frying. The fish bones are very fine and can be swallowed. If fried, you can eat the whole fish, bones and all.
It's just that the head and gutted it, the inside wasn't processed, so you need to clean and prepare it yourself. It's not bad when braised.
This is my first purchase; there are three large bars inside.

Pacific Saury, or mackerel pike (Sanma in Japanese). The Japanese name of the fish (秋刀魚) literally translates as "autumn knife fish," as its shape resembles a katana, or sword/knife. With grated daikon and pickled radish.
