This is the only jellyfish head available; it needs to be soaked, which is quite troublesome.

Good package
The jellyfish is crispy and delicious. After receiving the jellyfish, I soak and rinse it several times to remove all the salt. I soak it for about 2 hours, adding a slice of lemon to the soaking water, then rinse it thoroughly with water, let it drain, and then use it to make a very tasty salad.
I washed the jellyfish heads and soaked them in the refrigerator for two days, changing the water several times to remove the salt. Then I made scallion oil jellyfish heads, which were very crisp, delicious, and easy to make. Thumbs up! I immediately bought more!
The cold dishes were delicious. I'm satisfied.

The first time I ordered with WEE, I was very impressed. The product was delivered with good packaging and everything was fresh and very good.
It has a strong smell of formalin. I soaked it for more than ten times but the smell still cannot be removed. It is simply inedible.
