1st opening, they smell almost like when I scramble eggs with peppers & onions, with a hint of something else. They taste like a more yokey omlet with a hint of sweetness. Yummy

Personally I like Irvin’s much more - this one was too oily and salty for my liking. The chips are thicker and I think for that reason it’s more greasy and takes away from the salted egg flavor. The curry leaves are also very small, so I wouldn’t repurchase this one
