Wow, this shrimp paste is absolutely delicious! It's smooth, not gritty, and has a very fragrant aftertaste, not bitter at all. Adding a little sugar, lime, and chili makes it perfect for dipping with mango, but I find it tasty even without any seasoning. It's a great choice for anyone who likes the authentic taste of Vietnamese shrimp paste.
