Lotus root starch contains a lot of nuts and is very easy to prepare.
The ingredients are plentiful (although I actually prefer pure lotus root starch), and the taste is good. It's not difficult to dissolve. However, you have to control the amount yourself, as it's not individually packaged, which is a bit inconvenient when you're out and about.
I just bought it today, and it's expiring in less than 30 days. Is this for real?
