I bought this to make beef and radish soup. It's convenient because it's pre-cut, and it's delicious.

These frozen beef round cubes for stew are so convenient to keep in the freezer and use for all kinds of dishes! I especially enjoy using them to make Korean seaweed soup and jjajang rice.

I made minced meat curry. It's a bit fatty, but delicious.
This is ground American Wagyu beef, not Japanese Wagyu. It's relatively more affordable. The beef is rich in fat, so you don't need to add extra oil when frying it; it releases plenty of butter. Adding a little to stir-fries doubles the flavor. I often use ground beef to cook pasta; it's especially fragrant. I also like to use ground beef for fried rice and pasta.
