I made beef jerky, and I just remembered to take a photo and record it when I was almost finished. Wash the beef, cut it into pieces, and blanch it. Put a little oil in the pot, add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant. Add the beef cubes and stir-fry. Add wine, and the hot water is gone. Pass the beef cubes, add spices, dark soy sauce and rock sugar to taste, turn to the pressure cooker and cook until tender. You can soak it in the soup for a while to make it more flavorful. Remove and drain, put in the air fryer at 330 degrees for 15 minutes, sprinkle with chili powder or Add other spices you like and bake for another 10 minutes
The beef was open and smelly. It was obviously frozen when it was delivered! It’s so terrible I bought it twice
I thought I was very happy to buy it from Australia, but I cut it into three parts and fried kale. The smell was very strange and unacceptable???. I asked before about the smell and washed it many times. The result of frying is still the same. Next I will definitely not buy this time….

This beef chunk looks dry with low moisture content, and the color and shape are nice. After I finish cooking and eating it, I'll buy some more, eat it again, and then give my review.
Three pounds of beef brisket is a generous portion, and it's so convenient – no need to cut it into chunks! I used it to make tomato and potato stew with beef brisket. It pressure-cooked for an hour until it was finally tender and delicious . It would probably be great for beef noodles too.
