I didn't expect that I could buy this brand of ricotta on Weee, and it's even cheaper than in regular supermarkets when it's delivered to my home. One pound of ricotta with one pound of beef is just the right amount of lasagne for two people!
I made shrimp pasta and used cheese and seafood soup base to make the sauce. My roommates all said it was delicious.
