I bought this rice paper because it's made from 100% rice flour, no tapioca starch. Unlike other types, this rice paper doesn't stick to your teeth and you can clearly taste the rice. Very authentic traditional flavor — this is my new favorite type of rice paper. I will definitely buy it again! I've also included a picture of me frying spring rolls: the one on the left is made from tapioca starch rice paper, and the one on the right is made from rice flour rice paper. When fried, the rice flour rice paper turns a beautiful golden color, while the tapioca starch rice paper remains white. The rice flour rice paper also sticks together less than the tapioca starch rice paper.
