After microwaving it for 1 minute, it became moist and chewy, and it tasted absolutely delicious. The individual packaging makes it very convenient to carry around as well. I think having a cup of coffee and about two rice cakes at work would make a great light breakfast. This Saturday morning, I had one rice cake with a cup of coffee. I’ll buy it again.
