I've never tried this shumai before.
So excited to try this out! It looks so good.
The glutinous rice is fragrant and soft, with a pleasant oily and sticky texture.
Steaming it in the morning for breakfast is convenient and delicious.
It tastes just like the shumai from Yijiachun.
It's been a long time since I've had Baiyulan's shumai, and it tastes just as good as before. Very good.
