I peeled them and made Yangziganlu, and it was really sweet and slightly bitter—so delicious! I didn't let them ripen separately and just put them straight into the refrigerator, and they tasted great.

Grapefruit is moderately sweet and sour, juicy, and the white film separating the pulp is easy to separate. It is the best grapefruit in my opinion.
