The noodles are springy and chewy, with a rich sesame flavor and a hint of spiciness. Simply blanch the noodles and mix with the sauce. Quick and easy.

Delicious! I added the pork (from Weee!), mushrooms and veggies. It was not very spicy, which was fine with me. You can always add chili oil or something if you want it more spicy.

The noodles were the perfect texture of QQ! The soup was a little on the garlicky side, but perfect after I added a soft-boiled egg and fishcakes. There were 2 servings in there, so I'm looking forward to eating this again soon!
I'm making this again! (^^) I wanted to make a little more soup, so I added chicken stock! I replaced 2/3 of the water with soy milk and added chili oil and white sesame seeds. With each re-order, I've made it even better, and it's now a dandan noodle dish I want to eat again and again! I'll definitely be making it again! (^^)
There are two of them. This type of soup has a larger amount of soup than the average person would normally eat, so I also buy shirataki noodles and make shirataki dandan noodles. I buy minced pork and milk at the local supermarket, add garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and if I have some bean sprouts or bok choy (maybe I should order them), and make authentic dandan noodles. Since American meals are usually high in oil, I feel like my stomach is pretty flat the next day! The recipe is simple: I stir-fry minced pork with salt and sesame oil, then add garlic, ginger, milk, and miso to make the soup. Then I just throw in the boiled noodles, boiled shirataki noodles, and vegetables!
I replaced half the water with soy milk and added chili oil! Topped it with meat miso, bok choy, and green onions! It was so delicious! (^^) I'll definitely be ordering it again!
