Very small and very hard. Hopefully it softens a bit. Wish were bigger
Spaghetti Squash roasted in the oven with olive oil, then shredded with a forked topped with a drizzle of olive oil, parm cheese, salt, pepper then topped with a homemade meat sauce & mozzarella cheese! The squash was so fresh & perfect both outside & inside! With this fresh produce it was easy to create this delicious dish! Thank you MAs Guaro for always having fresh produce!
Adding eel balls to the soup makes it very flavorful. The taste is similar to pumpkin, but with a slightly crunchy texture. It's delicious!

When I received it, I was startled by its small size and thought it was the wrong item. I looked closely and recognized it as a winter melon. I was surprised to find that this thin winter melon melted in my mouth. I really like it and will definitely buy it again.
