Delivered nice and cold
This is my first time buying a Korean brand product; I hope it tastes good.
I made bibim guksu like this, and it was so delicious that I didn't really miss the noodles! The portion size seems a bit small though.
It's just a small box, but I plan to use it to make a cold tofu salad.
It has a long shelf life and is great!

I can't eat carbohydrates because I'm managing my blood sugar, so I added tofu noodles to my mala tang. The texture was soft, and the portion size was just right, better than I expected.
I searched high and low for this dried tofu strips, and finally found that the Korean brand best suited my taste. Other dried tofu strips were either too hard or not the right type. If you know about spicy dried tofu strips, this is the one for you. I also really like the texture when using it in hot pot; it has that classic Northeastern Chinese dried tofu strip feel. Maybe I'll try making a stir-fried dried tofu strip salad next time!

Although the price is relatively high, I really like this tofu strip dish. It can be stir-fried with vegetables or shredded meat, and it's very easy to add to any dish.
I tried adding tofu noodles to a peanut butter pasta recipe I found online, and it was delicious. The photo didn't turn out very well, but it was really good.
I didn't have time to take pictures, so I just threw it in and stir-fried it with celery and a little soy sauce. It was delicious! Since it's a soy product, it's probably a healthy, high-protein food. I'll definitely buy it again and again.

I ordered this because I really missed jjolmyeon noodles that get sweeter the more you chew. It was really delicious, but as someone who can't handle spicy food and can only eat Jinsun Snack Noodles, I finished it off by taking a bite of noodles and a sip of water.
