I bought this because the reviews were good. Unfortunately, there's more fat than I expected, but I'll try grilling it crispy like samgyeopsal and eating it with kimchi.
I ordered it because it was advertised as thick pork belly, but it shriveled up when grilled and turned out almost like thin bacon. It smells a bit. Still, it tastes good.
Tomorrow, my korean wife will cook it with korean food.
I haven't tried it yet, but it is well sealed, and the meat looks fresh.

I always have these two things in stock. Pork belly is meaty less fats. Pork ribs are great too. I use both for either sinigang or adobo.
