Tastes wonderful but roughly half of it is a thick fat. I had to trim the fat aggressively. I cooked it in sous vide and my friends loved it. If you don't mind trimming so much fat, go ahead and get it. I maybe repurchase if it's on a sale.
Remove some of the oil and it's enough for two people.

The fat-to-lean ratio is 2:1. The real pork neck is about 500 grams, and the rest is fat. It is equivalent to buying pork neck meat and giving away pork lard. I bought it after I thought about refining lard. After all, the pork lard in this store is almost $10. If you can't accept it, please buy it with caution.
It seems like a really good price for this item. Please have sales often.

Shredded pork with sweet bean sauce! The pork shreds were cut just right this time. I used to use pork tenderloin, but my knife skills aren't good enough to cut it myself, and the ready-made shreds were either too thick or too thin, and the meat was a bit mushy. Shredded pork shoulder is suitable for many kinds of shredded meat dishes.
