I didn't take a picture of the contents, but it's exactly what we think of as a Kimchi Bread. I bought it on sale, and the outside was chewy and the inside was full of potato filling. It's filling to eat with coffee or milk in the morning.

Very cute potato bread! The outside is like mochi, and the filling is like mashed potato.
I microwaved it for 1 minute, flipped it over, and cooked it for about 30 seconds. It was perfect! It was chewy and the potatoes inside were just the right amount of sweetness. It was delicious!
It's moderately sweet and has a good texture. I think it would be good to buy a lot of it when it's on sale.
