Bread was fresh and covered with plenty of pork floss. I don't personally like it when this bun is loaded with mayonnaise, but that's just personal preference. They scored the bun vertically and filled the crevice with mayo, so if that's your jam, you'll probably love this.
I forgot to put butter or something in the middle. I put a lot in the middle last time, but I didn't put any this time. The middle is dry.

It tasted good and could have tasted even better if there were more fillings. Majority of it was bread and very little pork frost and egg yolk. This was second time buying and quality has been cutting back this much no way I buy it again.
Very tasty! The toast bread is very fragrant and contains egg yolk, meat floss and chives. It can be cut into seven to eight large pieces and baked in a small oven for five minutes. It is soft and dense, yummy! ?
