Fresh and delicious, with a good balance of lean and fatty meat, it's great for sweet and sour pork ribs, pork ribs with green beans, or steamed pork ribs.
The pork was quite fresh and of good quality.
The ribs were good, but I think I didn't cook them properly. I can't remember if they burned dry or if I added too much dark soy sauce.
It has a slightly fishy smell, but it's acceptable.
