I think it would be just the right size for curry, etc. I lightly grilled and tasted it, and it was delicious pork with no strange odor. The skin wasn't too noticeable, and even though I'm not used to eating pork with the skin on, I was able to eat it without any problems. I will buy it again.

There is indeed a significant difference between the selected and the ordinary ones; they are neat and uniform.
