It arrived frozen solid, and I defrosted it in the fridge and cooked it. It had no smell and was so delicious! I would 100% buy it again!!!

Pork is a must for kimchi stew! It has just the right amount of oil, and it’s hard to find pork shoulder in the US, so I buy some and grill it in small portions, and I also use it in stews and stir-fries!!
I like buying the joel and braising it in soy sauce, five spice and sugar. I can eat this for many days.
It's delicious~ but it's a bit troublesome to cut and there's a bit too much fat
