Really delicious! Comes with a big amount of fat so i had to cut some off because when cooked, some of it’s not really that chewable, but the meat is very delicious especially when you reverse sear for this perfect medium rare. Pairs really well with peppercorn sauce or jeow som!

The picanha was very good, very juicy and flavorful. The fat cap was just right and perfectly cooked. It also came very well packaged, in a thermal container with ice packs. The delivery was super efficient; I ordered late at night and it arrived the next day around 2 pm. I really liked the notifications on the app because, in addition to the delivery window, they also notify you when the driver is near your delivery.

The meat thickness is good and the condition is also good.

It smells... The first time I ordered it, it was thick and of good quality, so I bought it three times, but the second one was too thin, and this one smells too ㅠ In the end, I made kimchi fried rice with it, so the kimchi smell covered it up.
