A very slight sweetness, kinda savory as well. Aromatic coconut flavor. Needs to be cooked before eating, I just microwaved a slice of it with some water for like 2 min and it became springy, sticky and chewy. A nice little treat to have

This is now my favorite hopia, not so sweet. Very tasty. You have to microwave it for about 10 seconds so the middle part will be melty when you bite it.
