The patches sold in the US don't have that characteristic hot feeling, but this one (as you all know) has the same feeling as the patch!

It's not that hot anymore, be careful
When you open it, you can smell the strong mint herbal fragrance. It is designed to fit the lumbar spine. It feels slightly cool when you first put it on, and it takes a while for it to slowly warm up. It is warm and I feel that it has a certain soothing effect on lumbar pain.
Brought for my neighbor friend. She said it works for her. Heats up few minutes after put on. Helps reduce her soreness at her lower back.
