I keep buying it. Compared to fresh noodles, it's not bad. It doesn't get too soggy after boiling, which is great. Fresh noodles are coated with starch powder, so the broth is thick, but this isn't like that, and I like it.
Kalguksu is delicious! I simply ate it with anchovy broth and green onion seaweed.
